I was at work today and got wind that he might have been released. I am sorry if this is old news but I have had limited access to media forums. Any truth or substance to this?

Call me crazy but wouldn't that be a very stupid move to get rid of your #2 QB who has a smaller contract than your #3 QB?

In approximately 4 minutes of research, I have discovered that there is no mention of Flynn on the Green Bay Packers official website - Transactions Page.
Also, according to the Transcript for Coach McCarthy's June 10 presser, Flynn is still ahead of Brohm on the depth chart.
FWIW - JackBauer is a terrible screen name for somebody with no investigative skills.

is exactly why they could get rid of him, more money invested in #3 means he gets first shot.
Then again I dont think they release him as much as switching their roles.

He got first shot. Did you see Brohm run the team in preseason last year? Aparently not.
Maybe Brohm will learn the offense when practice begins and pass Flynn, but Brohm didn't play like a second round pick last pre season.
