Give it up to them, very well coached team. They got hosed on some terrible calls tonight but I was really impressed with their team discipline. Excellent hitters. This game could of easily went the other way. Great game Virginia, long but great lol. I'm hoping we see each other again in the CWS, gl.

I saw one terrible call. One only. The fair/foul call.

Others were questionable. Like the firstbaseman being pulled off 1st. Technically correct, but rarely called.

They are a well coached and tested team with the road they had to take to get the Omaha.

That program is on the rise, loaded with young talent, and has a star young HC.

Every team has weaknesses. They stranded a ton of people on base tonight and they got hosed with some TERRIBLE ump calls. That ball called foul off the third base line could of been huge. LSU was really on their heels today defensive wise, they were one or two hits away from a completely different game. Especially that play Mahtook made in the outfield when the bases were loaded(I think it was ).

Tip your cap. They gave us a hell of a game. I'll be rooting for them out of respect.

I was not impressed with CSF at all earlier. None of their pitchers impressed me. Virginia has a nice approach at the plate. They'll probably be able to lay off those first pitch changeups that CSF was throwing constantly.

They forced our pitchers into a lot of pitches today. Very disciplined at the plate, was extremely impressed with that about their team. We had to really dig in our bullpen for this win.

They are a good team. However, not all the "bad" calls were really bad calls. Nola was hit. The 1st baseman was off the bag. But the fair/foul ball was a blown call.

Umps were not giving our pitchers the outside of the plate until Coleman came in. Virginia was getting those calls earlier.
