Enjoy, have some ceviche, garlic soup and ask the waiter what is the freshest fish in house. It is a great dining experience.

Chef Adolpho, who owns Rio Mar and La Bocca, really is a great guy. One evening I stopped in at Rio Mar to have a drink and appetizer at the bar and he was sitting nearby. Dude just started talking to me about any and everything. I didn't know who he was back then.

Just today, his company sent out an email blast to everyone on their list as a reminder about the charity event at the Ritz. I thought that was a pretty classy move.
