nope no (insert #) rule, gotta play all 9 innings... i dont think id stick around. just like if lsu is blowin out ulm in the 3rd quarter, id prob be gone

Amen. Time to get back to the tailgate. Besides, why would you want to see LSU blow it? OTOH nothing wrong with staying either if the opponent is worthy (Va. Tech is a recent example, there are others).

Damn straight. If not, you would miss the Earthquake Game, Florida State in 1982, Houston (down 34-14 and won anyway), and of course Troy.

I agree. If LSU was beating, say, Miami, USC, or Texas 32-2, that crowd would be rocking. I do think that it being a regional final would attract more fans to stick around.

for a regional no i wouldn't get mad. but if it's championship game of the super regional, yes i'd get mad. if you leave before the victory lap you're not a true fan.
