IS A SHAM!

"That's what she said" was number 12 while "It's going to be legendary" from How I met your Mother (cause I know I didn't know what show it came from) was number 11.

I do not recognize this countdown as having any merit.

ETA:

10: Homie don't play that.
9: Excuuuuse me! - Steve Martin on Saturday Night Live
8: Lucy, you got some splainin to do - I Love Lucy (interesting fact is that it was never said like this ever
7: Oh my God! They killed kenny
6: Burn! - That 70's Show
5: we are two wold and crazy guys
4: Ayyy! - Happy Days
3: How you doin?
2: "D'oh!"
1: Yadda, yadda, yadda.

I think #1 is a good choice besides the obvious slant towards newer shows.

I thought about it...but passed up to watch other worthless crap. Who hosted? Alan Thicke or Dave Coullier?

I watched it, no host, narrated by some woman.

The list was pretty much B.S.

I don't think:

"As God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!"

was even on the list.

"Whatchoo talkin' bout willis"
"It's the big one"/"I'm comin' to join ya Elizabeth"

Here's a tough one:

"Looookeeeeeng gooooooood"

10 bonus points to anyone under age 35 who can name that show.

The fact that any of these three are not in the top ten makes this list BOGUS.

"Willis..." wasn't even mentioned and "Elizabeth...." was in the 30's or 40's.

I cannot believe Erkel's "Did I do that?" was top 20

It was pretty much like the movie, kind of sophomoric, slap-stick humor. It is a classic tho

Happy Days?

Negative.

(I wasn't asking about the other shows...those are pretty obvious--just looking for the one show)

Hint: The person who uttered this catch phrase had a son who was somewhat of a heartthrob in the mid/late 90s.

This is probably the one I would have LOL'd at the most if I'd have seen it live. Especially since people didn't say shite like that on television in the seventies.

I thought it was pretty good growing up watching it on Nick at Nite.

Newhart had one of the best finales I have ever seen. "Hi, I'm Larry, this is my brother Darryl, and this is my other brother Darryl." is underrated IMO.

I really like Newhart's style of comedy.
