Am I missing something? What happened to Hanover during the SEC tournament? Is he still at 3B?

Is there a problem with rewarding a Senior that hit a pinch hit 3 run homerun off of a LHP a chance to start a game?

so if a kid regardless of his class or experience is struggling, and gets a pinch hit opportunity and does well in that pinch hit opportunity, and gains a little confidence, you dont think he deserves a little more playing time?

you specified Senior. I have no problems with a merit based reward. I also don't have problems with rewarding seniors who have been with the program for 4 or 5 years. Helenihi got to play because of the home run, and that's fine, I don't mind that. But you specified that he should be rewarded because he's a senior, which I take issue with, because this is only his second year with the program.

Helenihi didn't have anymore hits after his HR, but he knocked the shite out of the ball just about every at bat afterwards.
