we'll have to agree to disagree. i think history definitely shows tough games wear on teams

Yep. That's pretty much why they are called "harder". Can't understand why some people aren't getting that.

However, i just showed you that for the last 5 years, every national champion has won it IN SPITE OF playing a legit OOC opponent.

If you would bother to 'observe college football history' you would know that the great teams will tend to beat their opponents. Quit equating an undefeated season to a national championship season. The National Champion is the best team of the year, NOT the best record of the year. Utah?? ring a bell??
