Just Got Back From Lunch At Ronnie's Ribs

brown stew chicken, curry chicken, jamaican jerk chicken, and jamaican jerk pork .. holy frick am i stuffed .. that place is fricking awesome .. one of BR's true hidden treasures ..

it's on jones creek in the hi nabor shopping center to the right as you are facing hi nabor ... check it out tigre, well worth the drive ... super nice people own it ..

that sounds like a good idea ... yeah, that was my situation today .. i am sitting at my desk wanting to take a nap now ... something about that place, you gotta have seconds ........ and thirds ........

They bought Aladdins Cafe that used to be on Coursey next to Pocarella's.
Then they loved it to the current location as Ronnie's Ribs. Ask them about Aladdins Cafe.....

Dude, I really loved Aladdin's. That place was one of the first Lebanese joints in town.....at least in South BR.
And the owner was so nice.....I wish I could remember his name.

yeah, they have an old sign in there advertising aladdin cafe salad dressing i believe ..

we've really been fortunate in my part of town to have a few decent little places to eat out there .. jasmine's bayou is another one on jones creek that is good ... when i first moved out there, prytania was still where george's is now and was really good at the time too ..
