Lynx, What is your opinion of the overall crop of 2010 recruits in Louisiana vs. the last few years?

I think 2010 is looking better now than we originally thought. Trovon being the big headliner, but Reid and Vinson (you get an out of state Southern Cal offer and you can play some ball) are both very strong players as well.

I think some guys will emerge later in the process that will turn out to be solid players. Seems like every day a new guys name is being mentioned so I expect more of those to appear as the year goes on adding some depth to LA.

This year is very weak along the offensive and defensive lines so LSU will be going out of state for just about all of those players.

Pretty good year at WR/Secondary. Broadway and Munchie are two solid recruits are QB.

May not be the strongest ever, but I don't think this year is a slouch at all.

The lines are where the state really is struggling this year.

Running back seems very weak as well which is a shame. It looks like LSU is going to go out of state for all of their guys this year (hopefully it can be Worle, Storm, and Seastrunk).
