He was young, but now he has the experiences which promote him a soon-to-be starter. In addition, PM can surprise the Hogs by starting Ott, imo.

yeah, forget the fact that Ott has never pitched more than 3 innings, don't get me wrong, I think he can and will be a starter next year, but he hasn't had enough practice with his stamina to go 5 innings.
