I have been there three times.
The first time, when I didn't get a beverage, the young smiling teen behind the counter made me an ice water without me asking. It was much appreciated.
The second time the smiling teen girl took my special order flawlessly, smiled and made friendy conversation, answered all my questions in understandable English, and had my order to me lighting quick.
The third time, the friendly guy made a recomendation, threw in extra sauce so I could try the different kinds, and did it really fast.
Fast food excellence is rare, but these guys are always on top of their game.

The service is the same way at the one on Seigen in BR. I just wish I liked their chicken better than Cane's. I know, let the bashing begin.

I havent eaten there, but it is packed every time I pass in front. I go to Lafayette about once a month, and it is slammed every time. I usually go around 4-5 on a sat or 6-7 on a fri and the whole parking lot is full. I lived on millerville and that chickfilet was never as full no matter what time it was.

Another goof thing about Chickfila, is that it's owned by a good Christian man and his family. The restaurants close every Sunday so the employees can go to church. You have to respect that from a CEO running a large company. Classy. He's also a great philanthropist. And the chicken is good and edible. Not as good as Canes... a little different of style, but normal and tasty.

I like it better than Cane's. IMHO Can'es has too much batter and I cannot enjoy the true chicken taste. I can eat chick fil a 4 times a week and not get sick of it. I love the service.

Best service at a fast food chain hands down. And the new Chic fil a sauce kicks arse IMO

What kind of new sauce do they have?

It's called "Chik Fil A Sauce" and I think you can describe it as a Honey Mustard?
Did y'all know you can buy a "tub" of sauce for like $2? I opt to do that and make my chicken and fries at home so it's a little healthier that way and I can still get my sauce! Yum!
