I do like that we tried to address defense early and have no problem with the Jenkins pick. I would rather have traded back but you can't always do that. The next two picks have no shot at helping immediately except on special teams. They are going to try convert a ILB to a OLB because he has speed. He doesn't have the instincts to be a OLB. The safety is sort of a vanilla pick. He will be a good back-up in time but will never start in the NFL. I would have rather had a boom or bust player there. Trading a 5th next year and our 7th this year to move up and pick a punter when Ringer and Jennings are still on the board at a position of need.......well if you have to ask on that one go back to the OT.
