Commences tomorrow at 7 PM at Zephyr Field.

The Cajuns will send out hard throwing Freshman Matt Lackie 1-0 5.91 ERA

Things of note:
Cajuns are on a 3 game losing streak, 6 game conference streak. Have lost 6 of the last 7.
Scott Hawkins has struggled since tying the career school homerun record.

we don't have problems hitting hard throwing righties, good matchup for us IMO

Agreed. I figured they'd throw a lefty.

The first out of the pen would probably be Greg Wilborn, a hard throwing lefty. So Lackie will probably have a short leash.

I concur. LSU fans are much funnier than ULL fans.

Before I make any other "cocky" remarks, who will LSU start on the mound tomorrow night?

Mainieri mentioned Ross as the possible starter.

he didn't do so well against them last season, but hopefully he can get his confidence back
