Since last season, Dean has owned BAMA batting 13-of-27 with three homers, one double and 18 RBIs in only six games.

This weekend, Dean was 6-for-12 with a homer, double and 10 RBIs.

In the SEC tourney last season, Dean was 3-for-6 with a GS homer and six RBIs. During the regular season, Dean was 4-for-9 with 2 RBIs.

BAMA always brings out the best in Dean and hopefully this trend will continue.

could the headline read, 'Bama brings Dean out of season long slump'?

Good to see Dean come back from his vacation.....he's been absent for half the season.....maybe he'll decide to stick around for the second half

Hopefully he does stick around. Were going to need him to make a serious run.

I believe he added a couple of hits today as well. If those two get going, we could see fireworks again like last season.

The scary thing to me is that i don't believe this team has come close to its potential yet... If things start to click at the right time I expect a dog pile of purple and gold in Omaha this year
