Last few times I've had dinner up there, I've really enjoyed Bistro Byronz. That pot roast is somethin' else.

If you can find any place where the people aren't talking about freaking football, consider it an oasis!

The way I feel, exactly! Do whatever makes the Chic happy.

The only thing is that the Melting Pot is located all over the US. Might as well wait until you are in Oklahoma Schity or whereever.

If you are looking for atmosphere: Tsunami for sure. Very Romantic. The food is good.

If you are looking for outstanding food: Galatories, Juban's, or Primos.

I was at Jubans not too long ago and the food & service was outstanding (about damn time). Primo's has a new chef that is exceptional (even though the place needs a major decor change). I have never had a bad meal at the Baton Rouge Galatories.

Learn how to spell, it's Galatoire's, not Galatories. And the food is average at best. All of the local restaurants are by far better than any national chain. Not that G's is a chain, but it the atmosphere feels like one.
My suggestions for the best food and experience in B.R. are Ruffino's, DiGiulio's and Mansur's. Book it.
