Louisiana Restaurant Tournament Bracket

These are the brackets. Each day, I'm going to post two new threads for two opening round matches. If you are a big fan of one of the restaurants, post in that thread some information about the restaurant and why it should win. This is as much an educational experience for us, trying to broaden everyone's restaurant knowledge as it is a competition.

Due to popular demand, the first game is a play-in game between two at large teams. The winner of this game will face the #1 seed in the North Louisiana Regional. The first two games will be on Sunday.

While each restaurant match will have its own thread, use this one as a home base thread.
