But Thornton and Curry are different from Ellington.
I know how the offense runs at UNC, mostly through TH, and Ellington's role is mainly a shooter. But in his years at UNC, if he truly was a legit threat to take it to the hole, we would have seen flashes of that by now. And for the most part, I have not. He seems a little slow off the dribble to me.
I believe Curry and Thornton set themselves apart from Ellington with there ability to make plays off the dribble that I dont think Ellington could do on the level they do.

I'm gonna have to defend Curry on this one........Curry can create his own shot better than almost anyone.......not only can he create his own shot but he can seperate himself from the defender while doing this.......Ellington put it on Temple who I admire as a defender but all those shots were contested well, they just went in........
I like Curry as a more complete player than Ellington.
