Who do you have to know to get a name change on here?

I've seen it done, and honestly my name is retarded at this point. I'm going to A&M. I was a little kid when I came up with my retarded user name. 
Seriously, I think I was 11. That user name was my first email address, and I stupidly used it for TD later on.

I used this username from when I was 11. Finally got around to adopting a new one but it was after I made this account.
EDIT: Would like to change it to Armagetz if possible...just saw that an admin actually complied with another posters request.
