How many of U are hoping for an LSU loss before the NCAA

tourney? I'm sure there are a few of you out there that say it would bring the team back to reality and take the pressure off of having to maintain this long winning streak. I say to keep winning and keep Mother Mo(mentum) on our side. O.K. It's a dumb question. I was just checkin'.

No loss is ever a good loss. Anybody that says otherwise is an idiot.

I have thought that before, but never with this team.

You better believe its a dumb question. NEVER hope the Tigahs lose in ANYTHING, EVER!!!

Isnt there a thread at the top of this page about this already?

I'm not worried about it because Trent is our coach. I mean this team has shown such much grittiness. When we were down 10 at Rupp they could have easily given up because no expected us to win anyway and we already clinched at least co-champs. But we fought back and did a great job. I think we'll lose in the SEC tourney, but even if we don't I don't care.

I bet you someone will respond with... "yes, I hope they lose" 'cause........

Nope. Hope we keep winning. Never understood the notion tha losing helps.

I figure LSU will lose in the SEC tournament. Either way LSU will end up with no less than a 5 seed. I would really be interested to see how LSU will do now against a tourney team. I know I won't get my wish that they play Carolina, but I can always hope.

Kracka, outside the scope of basketball, do you know anyting about the North Carolina Law School by any chance? Or any other info about the university that would be relevant to someone that has never been to the state, much less the university. Thanks

Lets all prove how clueless we really are by pulling against the Tigers!

I'm sorry but I don't see how any of that is relevant since there are no published requirments on being a fan of a schools athletic program.

you must not be watching this team or going to the home games ... this is a VERY grounded team ... you want them to stay on this streak if at all possible .. it's not like we have been blowing people out here .. we've had three road nail biters in a row that we have won by a combined 9 points in three of the tougher places to play in the SEC ... we had to gut out wins over ole miss and auburn at home .. this team has won every way imaginable .. so, to answer your question, NO .. why would you hope for a loss and the streak broken here at the end of the season .. you want to see this "refuse to lose" attitude continue to get rewarded ..

exactly.
They are going out with a warrior mentality and you wanna keep that momentum up any way possible. They win close, theyve won big, and theyll come back from down 10 in the second half, it doesnt matter

If you read my post, I never stated that I was hoping for an LSU loss. I simply asked a question and I'm curious to what the replies are.

No, I dont. I think our bball team has forgotten how to lose. That is never a bad thing.

God no. This team feeds off winning.

Not enough bench.
Don't be stupid, LSU needs to rest the starters before the Big Dance.
OR.. they'll rely on the bench MUCH more.
Do you want that???
