They just announced it on sport center a few minutes ago. Bart Scott to the jets for $40mill/5years.

all of the reports early was a little premature. Unless its signed, nothing is official.

FWIW, the 2 minute drill on Sirius said that the Jets and Scott's agent have agreed in principle to the terms but nothing is official yet. Said that Scott was waiting on Baltimore to possibly make offer. However, we all know that once agreed on, it usually results in a signing.
