When Schumer gives a speech, all you can see is the bald spot on back of his head

He talks endlessly about Trump having no plan, no strategy, no communication, etc etc. But why does he have to keep his head down reading exactly what's on the page in front of him. Schumer is so clueless about what he is talking about he can not take his eye off the page.
