Also grooving them dead center. Any lineup is going to make you pay for those pitches.

Yeah, his location is a way bigger deal than his movement. Or lack thereof. And he throws way too many off speed pitches that are too far off the plate. Just non competitive. Dudes may have been fooled and whiffed at those 10-15 years ago coming off a 96/97 mph fastball, but guys today see that all the time and are able to be much more disciplined on pitches that far out of the zone.
