Ate lunch there today...this place doesn't get the hype it deserves. It is easily one of my favorite spots in Baton Rouge.

there is another Chelsea's in Denham or gonzales or something, but it's a totally different place.
The one we are referring to is under the Perkins overpass....it was originally on Highland near Co-Op Bookstore, Murphy's, Ingas, Paradise records, etc.

a parking lot... they demoed that whole strip mall to make room for apartments that have never been put up.
