Set 24 years before the original Hunger Games movie, this prequel tells the story of Haymitch Abernathy (portrayed by Woody Harrelson in the original films) and his experiences in the Second Quarter Quell. The film also stars Elle Fanning, McKenna Grace, Jesse Plemmons, Glenn Close, Kieran Culkin, and Ralph Fiennes.

I'm sure it was in the book, but Primrose's death really pissed me off and made me never want to devote another minute to this franchise. Katniss's sacrificing herself for her sister was the whole point of the story for me, only for her to die anyway.

Is it just me or is the guy playing Haymitch really flat?

Why do they keep making this shite? Didn't the last prequel totally bomb?

Because Suzanne Collins keeps cranking out the books.

The two prequel books aren't bad but they suffer from Star Wars disease where A) you already know how the main characters turn out so there's a lack of real drama and B) characters from the original trilogy get shoehorned in because of reasons....
