Trump is losing his base. This doesn’t mean I personally would not have voted for him if given another chance. But some are more impulsive and vote strictly off feelings. It just sucks for Vance. He’s really effing this up for everyone.

My mid-term votes are not dependent on who Trump backs.
Are you telling me if people, his "base", are mad at him they will vote for a democrat congress critter out of spite? I SERIOUSLY doubt that.

Because those who vote off feelings will likely be turned off from Vance because he’s associated with Trump. I’m not saying his base will of a sudden stop voting Republican. I’m saying he’s really making this harder on Vance in 2028 than it should be.

Trump is making it his personal mission to make sure the real America Firsters get thrown out of Congress. MTG and Thomas Massie are two examples. Meanwhile, he’s supporting literally the worst RINOs you could imagine, like Randy Fine and Ed Gallrein because they’ll back his wars and trillion dollar spending packages.
