Condo advice - Destin, Panama, etc

Looking for beachfront condo with tiki bar/grill with a good atmosphere for teenagers.

The only beachfront condos with their own bar in Destin are: Sandpiper Cove, Sundestin, the Inn at Crystal Beach, Seascape/Ariel Dunes, Sandestin/Hilton.
Of those, SPC and Sundestin are your best bets for "teenager" style atmosphere.
There are other condos with unaffiliated beach bars nearby: look around the Crab Trap, Pompano Joe's and the Surf Hut.
I can't speak to PCB, but I'm sure you can find something that fits the bill, just know that Bay county has really cracked down on kids on the beach.
A better spot for your trip might be Okaloosa Island. Pretty much all the hotels on the beach have their own food/drink outlet...and the rest are walkable.

Seascape with the Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill on the beach.
That is where we have been staying at least once a year for the past 20 years.
You don’t see many beachfront bars because they are restricted, but this one is grandfathered in.

No downside to Seascape as far as I am concerned.
It is across the street from the beach. How far the walk is depends on how far back on the golf course your condo is.
I have been going there on a regular basis since 2005.

Silver Shells in Destin has a bar/grill on the beach. Also has a Ruth’s Chris on property in the front. Easy walk from condo.
Been staying there 20+ years and my kids, who are now mid-20’s had more than enough to do.
