Engineered Wood Floors refinishing question...

So we are looking at another house.
We like the floors but they have scratches from the previous owners dog.
Can floors like these be buffed out or refinished?
Seems like a waste to throw away 1500 sq ft of flooring if they can been buffed up and sealed or something.
Anyone know?

You can do a screen and fill on engineered floors and that would likely fix the issues.

Depends on thickness of the veneer.
