Remember, this is what the IRGC is telling
1- The US should commit, in principle, to guarantee non-aggression. Um, no.
2- Iran’s continued control of the Strait of Hormuz. Hell no.
3- Iran’s uranium enrichment right should be accepted. Hell no.
4- Lifting of all primary sanctions No.
5- Lifting of all secondary sanctions No.
6- Termination of all UN Security Council resolutions No
7- Termination of all IAEA Board of Governors resolutions Hell no
8- Payment of compensation for damages inflicted on Iran. Double hell no
9- Withdrawal of US combat forces from the region. Seriously No.
10- Cessation of the war on all fronts, including against the heroic Islamic resistance in Lebanon. Hezbollah? No.
So why do we have a cease-fire? We are not agreeing to any of this, right?

It’s Iran’s wish list and liberal retards believe we are agreeing to it.

We can guarantee non aggression under certain conditions that they agree to.
The definition of "control" can be twisted. Govts are good at that type of thing.
No enrichment, but we can again offer to supply all the fuel they can ever need for their power reactors.
Sanctions can be lifted under certain conditions they have to agree to.
To hell with the UN
We will likely pay for a lot of rebuild if certain agreements can be reached. But we will likely benefit from doing this in a big way. Iran has oil. I'd not be surprised if American companies began operating in Iran.
We will not be withdrawing forces from the region.
There's enough there to work with. And that's all we've apparently agreed to do. To talk about it. We shall see where it all ends up.
