Pete is an amazing guy with a great life story. His book on leadership is fantastic. I've read it twice and recommended it to tons of others.
His interview on the Shawn Ryan Show may be the longest one ever.
He goes into detail on some pretty big deal ops like what happened to Pat Tillman, Khandahar, etc.
I highly recommend his book The Mission, The Men, and Me, as well as this podcast.

Ive listned to about half of it today. The stuff of Takar Ghar was wild. Sounds like it was inept leadership that caused that failed mission. Go figure.

That's a recurring theme throughout the interview and you can see Shawn getting more and more frustrated with it.
