Currently building a home but don’t have flood lights in the plans.

Electricity has already been wired and lights are now working.

If I want to install lights in the front two corners and back two corners of the house, how much am I looking at?

Waiting to hear back from the builder to see if they can at least wire it for me while the build is still ongoing but won’t know until next week.

TIA

If you can get Romex to the corners where you want the new lights, it's usually not a difficult job if you have other outdoor light circuits to tie into. No idea what they'd charge you.

If you have neighbors try and accommodate their privacy

I just installed flood lights on back of old house I'm renovating. The lights from Home Depot were like $30 a piece. Bulbs were $40 for 4. Roll of 14ga wire and 2 breakers was like $100. Probably 3-4 hours of labor. I'd guess $600-$1000 to pay an electrician, depending on the electrician. I'm a Google Electrician so it probably took me longer than it should.

Why would flood lights NOT have been in the plan? Is that not a standard item? I don't think I even asked our guy, they knew to do it.
