After hearing about Marry Me Chicken and other recipes. I looked up different recipes and picked one I could easily scale for two serving. Whoever named this must have a low threshold for bride or husband cooking prowess. It was good, but nothing extraordinary.

Weeknight lasagna. Used Cajun Power spaghetti sauce instead of homemade. Turned out pretty good
