Word is the Bawcomeville truck nut manufacturing facility is trying to hire additional folks to help fill orders.

Regular gasoline in the U.S. averaged $3.638/gallon for March, which is the highest since September 2023. LINK

Arbitrage?

What is avg price delta spread b/w WTI and Brent that triggers arbitrage opportunity to Brent? (Ie, breakeven point that begins to justify selling US earl to EU earl buyers for higher price less shipping costs).

It depends on the transportation cost. Which is also heavily driven by fuel prices.
