Private Pond Fishing Trips - Any Interest? (100+ bass days possible)

Reading all these posts on bass fishing, I’m starting to realize how hard it is to find anything good nowadays. I mean, it’s kind of tough to get your kids into fishing when there is no catching.
I own a couple of ponds totaling 45 acres in Louisiana that are filled with bass, bream, and crappie. I’m considering offering a very limited number of semi guided fishing trips on them starting in a week or less to pay off some unforeseen expenses.
Catch is guaranteed. I’ve made two trips for bass this year (about half a day each) and caught 80+ each time throwing only a chatterbait, with about half of those released since they were larger than 2.5 lbs (largest about 6 lbs). I’ve made one trip for crappie and caught around 40. I don’t know of any pond with better fishing than these, and you can launch a boat in the ponds.
I don’t know anyone that’s ever offered anything like this so i’ll probably bid this first trip out with a deadline of friday morning, depending on the amount of interest. If this is something you may be interested in, you may contact me for more details at 318fishingtrips@gmail.com

Can you at least give us a little more information on where you’re located? Doesn’t have to be a city, but what part of the state

Man, you are going to spoil someone!
Great offer

Seems like it would get some interest for sure as pond bass are a close second only to speckled trout to me when the bite is on.
We have a guy at church that opens up his property to our KC group twice a year and we normally take 50-70 bass each trip and hold a fish fry for our members.

Woodworth
Campti(grandparents had ponds as did their friends)
Deville/Buckeye
Uncles would also drop me off at black lake in my pirogue and pick me up at dark. No snacks, water, just tackle and stringer.

Advertising for personal gain is usually frowned upon on this board...
Lots of private ponds have popped up in south LA throughout the years charging for use by the hour/half day. There was one north of BR charging $125/half day I think. But that was just paying for the access, no guiding.

Did a lot of creek fishing around here growing up. Castor plunge, valentine lake and valentine creek

Castor Plunge was my squirrel hunting, muscisidine area way back when.

I actually caught fish out of the old swimming pool at castor back in the day lol

My apologies for this. I understand advertising is frowned upon. Even though it doesn’t look this way, i meant it to be a sort of feeler for interest from the OB community. I am new to this so I also posted it to get opinions and recs from y’all on how to set up something like this. Its a pretty unique opportunity and if someone else had posted it, I would find it more intriguing than aggravating. I know it is irrelevant, but the only reason I’m having to do this is because of significant tuition increases at my childrens’ schools (in BR so public is not an option).
Big thanks to everyone for not reporting this and thank you to the mods for keeping it up. I am not going to post this anywhere else and this thread will be the only one i ever make on this subject.

For sure. Its like shooting fish in a barrel. One of the ponds is very large though so i guess you could call it a lake. I know this: my success fishing there is not representative of my angling proficiency.

Maybe not the wisest move because there are few certainties in life. Catching fish at these ponds happens to be one of them.

This opportunity will only be available for a limited amount of time and a limited number of trips. Once i get the money I need for kids’ tuition increases, I won’t offer this any more.

To the OP: yes I think it would be good....I'd venture to say you dont even need to offer a guide other than ensuring some jack leg itsn't jacking up your lake. Some folks prefer to fish alone, like it's their therapy (not saying any names, but I might be one of them)
in regards to KemoSabe's comment: High Fence fishing is becoming more and more appealing. With the ability to take out what seems to be a mortgage on a boat nowadays and every Tom Dick and Harry, qualified to drive a boat or not, has a boat, the frustration on the water and at the boat ramp is building in me. I've often thought of having a place where I can fish with minimal headaches, distractions or people running around like monkeys on the water, that and a nice deck for the wife to watch a sunset and I'm fishing! Rant over!
Good luck with your venture, maybe Buccees will pull a few people your way and you can be $$ free from your venture!

You’re exactly right on all your points. I’d imagine people would want me to bring them lunch/dinner and possibly clean their fish and that’s about it. Every technique plays out there so the “guiding” part isn’t needed. Like you said, the serenity is therapy for a lot of people, myself included.
There are no people within a mile of the waters and its hay field/cow pasture country so peace is assured.
As far as advertising, I’m sure as of now that I’m not going to. Despite what you all say about each other, and disregarding the fact that I’ve been called a Russian bot thirty times, the people on TD are not the sort I would worry about on my place so I’ll leave any marketing (moreso, soliticiting advice on the idea) to this one thread on TD. I don’t know that I’ll get much interest this way, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Heck, the people on these forums are able to solve cold case missing person cases with their personal networking skills so how hard can it be to find somebody interested in having the best fishing trip of their life?
Thanks for the advice, I need it, and it is duly noted!
