Don’t understand why we’re doing the Supreme Court thing.
Why doesn’t the King just do away with it?

You ask a legitimate question. Maybe one of the resident Democratic Socialists on the PT forum will tell us why King Orange is being reticent in using his King Orange powers?

I haven’t followed the issue closely because I didn’t even know it was a thing. I feel like people started to hallucinate the issue into existence the past few years.

It’s a novel legal theory and kind of interesting.
But it never had a chance.
Some black people have gotten a little lathered up and for it once the argument pointed out that birthright citizenship as a Constitutional Amendment was intended specifically for them.

You guys hate Lauren Boebert but a congress full of repubs like her would absolutely nuke the left rather than caving to their every demand like the rest of the spineless Republican fricks do.

I wish it were done away with. Trump is just a man who is the President of The United States. He doesn’t have all power. The Legislative branch of government changes laws.

“No kings” is the dumbest by far of all the slogans the Dems scream. And they just keep right along screaming it because it makes them feel good. Inch of brain dead losers

How is the antiquated 14th amendment which pertains to slave descendants, even applicable and establishes precedence 150 years later to what what the Chinese and other countries are doing with baby drop tourism? How would that judiciary even fathom today’s times?
