Los Angeles County lost more people than any other county last year.

The exodus from Cal is real.
I’d bet the growth in neighboring counties was due more to south of the border immigration than from fleeing Angelenos. San Bernardino has become a Mexican colony in the last few decades.
Oh well. As long as they're not coming here.

Los Angeles County saw the largest decline of any county in the United States in 2025, according to new census data published on March 26. Nearly 54,000 people moved out of L.A. County between July 1, 2024 and July 1, 2025, U.S. Census data shows. The decline is part of an ongoing trend. In 2020 L.A. County was estimated to have more than 10 million residents. As of 2025, the county was thought to have just under 9.7 million residents. It’s unclear where the fleeing Angelinos are moving. However, the neighboring counties of Riverside and San Bernardino saw a combined increase of 21,131 residents between 2024 and 2025, according to U.S. Census data. The greater Las Vegas area also saw a population boost of more than 21,000 people last year.

Where ever they are going, they're going to screw that place up too.

Saw a clip on the webs this weekend that California is sending out threatening letters to all its ex-residents saying they have to prove they didn't live there by providing moving receipts and the likes.

Yet they’ll still vote in another Bass type (if not Bass her/himself)

The people leaving LA aren’t wealthy. They’re average middle class folks who got priced out.
Notice how all of the super wealthy celebrities who bitch about California taxes never actually leave? They buy property in other states but very rarely do they ever sell their CA properties.

Hopefully it’s mostly the conservatives that leaving . It seems like it’s more conservatives leaving with the presidential results from 2016 to 2024. Republicans need to leave California and NY sooner before democrats destroy this country . California has more Republicans than any other state with Florida being close behind.
