I’m trying to think of a coach who has gotten more mileage over one title than Tortorella. Maybe Doc Rivers? Ken Hitchcock?

He’ll probably have a run straight to the Western Conference Finals since the Knights get to avoid the Avs, Stars, and Wild until then.

Ironic that you say that because everyone here is comparing this to when VGK management abruptly fired Gerard Gallant and replaced him with Peter DeBoer. This was just a few months after PDB and San Jose knocked the Golden Knights out of the playoffs.
