Really nothing more for him to say. He respectfully said it when season was over. He said he really appreciated the opportunity here and loved it and respected the people in AD and respects whatever decision they came to concerning his future.

Mc seems like a good guy but he just wasn't the right fit here. It is what it is nothing personal. Wish him and his family nothing but the best in the future.
