"Kiffin isn't leaving Ole Miss"

The false information here is almost as bad as what the mainstream media is putting out these days.

I will never understand any of the people who emphatically stated this crap. How can anyone say never?

There was at least some logic behind that opinion given Kiffin was going to be forced to make an unprecedented choice: Voluntarily abandon the team he coached to the CFP or turn down LSU to coach in the CFP (yes, it was Ole Miss who forced that ultimatum, not LSU)
The groundwork for the Wade return has been being laid for months. Tate out, Woodward out. Rousse in. Mallet named chairman of BOS. Schroyer being brought to LSU.
The ones who defiantly said "Wade is never coming back" are the ones who were either just hoping that would be the case (SOLELY to show they were smarter than the "crowd") or willfully chose to ignore all evidence to the contrary.

Most of them are know it all boomers who can’t get past their antiquated perception of college athletics.
And for some reason they continuously refuse to believe, for better or worse, that the NCAA has become 110% about money.
