You went 4 years with an empty PMac, no excitement around the program, and apathy set in.
How do you guarantee that reverses instantly?
Bring back someone who has already shown you that they can fit in to the culture of LSU, put asses in seats night in and night out, and make the tournament on a yearly basis. I don’t get why so many people are having such a hard time understanding why he is getting the call to come back.

It’s extremely straightforward. It’s an instant spark to the program that is needed to resuscitate it. Donors admin and fanbase alike are all excited about WW returning.
Hiring Scott Drew (considered a top 10 MBB coach) wouldn’t even have the same level of immediate impact. Most of yall anti-waders probably don’t even know who that is

I have no names. Why settle on him. They should look at other candidates. LSU adds 2 million to the package. I am sure LSU can have better options.
