Dublin/ Ireland

I'm not familiar with either of those but I have used both Enterprise and Sixt in Europe several times and have been very pleased. For Ireland in particular I used Enterprise and it was great. Just get an automatic transmission!

New way was pretty easy and had a decent policy and automatics what i liked best was insurance was included not an add on.
. Driving was pretty easy after you get used to it. The hardest part was the traffic circles around the Dublin Airport. Oh and coming up on a full size tractor trailer coming at your on a one lane road in the dark and the rain was pretty rough. I wouldn't drive the country roads that late again. I was staying in Galway but decided to day trip to Cliffs of Moher.
Of all Ireland my favorite spot was Dingle.

We are planning on seeing the Dingle Peninsula.

Dingle is awesome. If you have time, take the Harbor Cruise

We had several good meals in Dingle, I believe one was at James Long pub right at the marina.

Get takeaway from the Fish Box, get a pint next door at Dick Mack's pub and grab a spot on the picnic tables out back. Great experience and people watching. Strike up a convo with some Irish people, they love it

Since you will have a car, you must drive the Slea Head Drive. It leaves from Dingle and circles the peninsula. Several great stops along the way, including Dunmore Head. Park and walk up the hill to the edge, if there are sheep grazing its even more magical. On a sunny day the blue ocean water against the green hills is a sight to behold.
