Gonna be a good game. Is Temple going to guard Calathes? This is a tough team to match up with.
Posted on 2/24/09 at 11:45 am to SouthOfSouth
there big men will give us defensive matchup problems but if we run our offense we should be open all day from 3

I think spencer is set to start off guarding Calathes, and I don't like that matchup for us

I think thornton will go off tonight on the gators and show why he deserves some SEC POY consideration.
Posted on 2/24/09 at 12:57 pm to josh336
spencer is a very good defender but I doubt he guards calathes. he's too tall IMO. I'd stick temple on him for sure. there's a reason why he's the best perimeter defender in the SEC and top few in the country.

I agree with you, but its what Johnson said in the paper this morning.

interesting. spencer is pretty good at D...i'm guessing coach needs temple to guard one of those 6 foot 8 gorillas they got...put CJ & taz on the other 2...then stick thorton on hodge

Don't worry about us, we're not very good...

We'll see. I think the score will be close throughout the game. Florida is a very talented team and is very capable of beating LSU.
