Lost my smart watch; how screwed am I?

Been seeing this woman who I met driving me home in a Uber from Buffalo Wild Wings. We hit it off and kinda hooked up in her car behind a Wendy’s. I think my watch came off during busy time. Not sure what’s up, but she hasn’t responded to any of my texts for a few days. I wiped all the data, but is there a way to get tracked? TIA
