Victims claimed Ortiz had been touching them inappropriately for months, though police listed his official offense date as February 25.

The illegal perpetrator (thanks Joe), who could have been FJBs son (hi Hunter) is a 19 yo adult.
The dad's could whip his azz if they wanted to without fear of assault on a juvenile.
