Repairing a hole in engineered marble bathtub deck

I replaced the spout on our Roman tub and I have a hole showing from the old spout. What should I use to fill the hole?
Thanks for the experts on the board.

The easiest way would get a cover plate via Amazon in the color finish of your existing hardware.
Trying to color match with some sort of epoxy or filler sounds like an absolute disaster.
I think they make the stick on ones where you can’t access the backside. I’d silicon that one on if so.

This is what I would do as well. Depending on the size, you might be able to find something at Lowes or HD in the plumbing section. These are very inexpensive.

When you say replaced OP, you mean you moved the spout or you went from like a 3 hole to a 1 hole? So you have the 1.5” hole or whatever left?
You should be able to find caps for that, likely in the color of your spout (ie chrome or gold) and the caps usually have a rubber gasket and you can tighten them down to seal it.
