Depends on how long you plan to keep it there. If forever which you should be doing, any time is great.
Otherwise, you're just speculating. Since it's sort of in a dip right now, then right now would be fine if you're speculating. Make sure you buy quality (which is a good company at a good price). Then sell when you've made a profit. But if/when that happens, no one can possibly know for sure 100%.

Sold everything, currently stuffing mattress with cash. Will wait for Markets to crash at least another 50K . Then will use cash in mattress to buy SLI at 3 cents. The markets should rocket from there with SLI going to 300 @ share. It all came to me in a dream. Who's with me?
