Trump allows India to buy Russian oil

In the wake of the Iran war and shutdown of the air and sea routes in the Gulf, US is allowing India a 30 day waiver to procure Russian oil without penalty. Looks like Russia benefits from this attack on Iran... Lol

I would say this is to pull India in closer to the US by allowing this. Could it help with Russia on the Ukraine side? IDK.
