Westgate Mall in Spartanburg, SC. The Mom's old-timey SC accent is so comforting and those children are well behaved.

Sears always had a distinct smell. I can’t even put my finger on what it was but every sears had it.

Sears catalog looking at women wearing bras and panties in elementary school will always have a special place in my heart.

They used to have that huge set up where they sold candy/mixed nuts etc. at least they did at the Sears on the westbank gretna. It was right in the center of the store If I remember correctly

Damn…some of the little things in that video really took me back.

The sound of the car starting, the squeak in the door, the girl rolling up the window, the sound of the cash register.

I was 5 in 1977.

That one dawned on me not long ago...it hit me that I have been saying "roll up the window" when I haven't literally rolled up a window in about 25 years...

I could still remember the smell walking into Lafayette service merchandise as a kid. Sears had the 2 story store in the mall. Use to play Mario on the Nintendo that had set up in the store.

Mine was the JCPenney catalog. A quick fap at the lingerie section and then to the toys and sports section to work on my Christmas wish list.
