Why we need term limits

We at the very least need age limits. We should also require cognitive test to politicians over 60 or 65 to avoid any more Joe Biden situations.

why not just do it at any age?

As a prerequisite for taking office. With a frickin IQ standard established.

And I'm not saying they all have to be scholars, but let's say 100. After all, that is the average. You cannot convince me that Hank Johnson has an IQ of 100.

I'd be good with allowing house reps more than 2 terms since they serve 2 year terms. But we could cap it at 4 to 6 terms giving them a max service of 8-12 years.

And we either need to have an upper age limit or rigorous competency testing (honestly we should have competency testing for people of all ages)
