Eh. 32.5 years is still a long time for those crimes when people can be let out for 7 after actually murdering someone.

You know these things happen. We have daily stories about these judges doing this, then these animals raping and killing again while Democrat voters cheer.
When you see these videos, and watch this "judge" make excuses for this person, while they simultaneously tell her what he is, just makes you ill.
The fact is this judge wants this guy back out there terrorizing you. They know their entire party thrives on chaos, and her job is to make sure it keeps going in the name of "racial justice", somehow.
Even worse is you have posters here that watch this and applaud, hoping the next victim is you or your family.

Not in this case. The guy is still being sentenced to 32 years in prison. People are acting like he's getting out tomorrow.

And he still could. Chances are good that in just a few years another activist judge or DA will want to release him for "good behavior".

No arguments here. My only complaint is the consistency in sentencing. If a person can be released from prison after 7 years for murder, it makes no sense to sentence someone guilty of any lesser violent crime to any more than 7.
And I'm not arguing for releasing this guy in 7 years. Just saying that the system is all FUBAR'd.

In American state prisons, the average percent of a sentence served is 44 percent.
So it likely got reduced from about 30 years to about 15.
Although watching the video of that dude, he won't make it. He's too angry and violent. He will either get years added on or get killed.

In 32 years, he'll be 52 years old. That's still young enough to rape, rob, and murder.
He has no business being in society before he's an old man. She should be removed.
