Looking for a good villa 2-3 bedroom to take daughter for a college graduation trip, very flexible on location but list of things she’d like:

Hill location ocean view
Infinity pool
Swimable beach nearby
Safe
Sights and activities
Private chef
1 hour from international airport
Seen/clear water

I realize how large this search criteria is, was kind of hoping someone had a good experience with something similar they would recommend. TIA

Edit- 1st week of June dates, somewhat flexible

Malibu or Palm Springs. Pick the best place in your budget. Palm Springs is awesome.

Caribbean: the water is warm there.

St. Thomas/St. John
Roatan
Punta Cana, DR
Puerto Rico

All will have VRBO/AirBNB that has what you’re looking for.

I’d eliminate pacific coast unless you’re talking about Hawaii. California beaches are beautiful but the water is rough, cold, and the beaches are rocky.

If your thing is beaches and views, just go to the Caribbean. USVI is very safe. First time I went to the beach in SoCal, I was severely disappointed. Growing up in Alabama and going to the Gulf Coast spoiled me to some extent. I would look into St. John or St. Croix.

Anguilla - best kept secret in the Caribbean.

Direct flights to the island now from several locations including Miami.
Brand new airport on the island.
Incredible culinary options.
Many private chef services.
The best beaches possibly in the world.

Malliouhana Resort - Malli

Four Seasons - Four

Cap Juluca - Cap

Just a few that come to mind.

Check out Casa Karma in Puerto Vallarta. My family went there several years ago and may have been the best trip we’ve taken as a family. It matches what you are looking for.

Turks and Caicos

Beaches

We didn't stay there. Rented an apartment not too far from it though. Had some friends that stayed with their girls and loved it. Lovely beaches.

I always wanted to go to Petit St. Vincent.

Took my family a few years ago to Grenada. We loved it. Many options. True Caribbean experience.

Isle Blue

La Luna

Mount Cinnamon (the strongest match for everything you listed)
